The cost of utilities depends upon the type of equipment installed in the laundry, along with geograhic location. For this model we assume 12%
of cost.

Remember to include here the cost of Laundry Managers, Directors and other professionals that are involved in the management and
maintenance of the laundry. If you do not have mechanics specially for the laundry, estimate the hours spent by the engineering department in
keeping the laundry running.

Consider the depreciation of boilers, air compressor, washer extractors, dryers, ironers, folders, bins, tables, etc. Equipment value divided by
15 years. If fully depreciated, consider using "reserve" amount for new equipment.
