R.W. Martin Adds Four New Experienced Managers

R.W. Martin Co., Kent, OH, recently added several new members to its team, according to a news release.

Michael Rager joins the company as the new acquisitions/inventory manager. He brings 17 years of facility-operations experience to the position, with a special focus on process improvement, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and inventory control.

The company’s new Operations Manager Stephen Keba is an experienced project/operations manager, having spent more than 25 years planning and managing the construction of commercial, residential and manufacturing facilities. He is particularly adept at determining the scope of major projects and assuring efficient team mobilization.

Matt West, the previous operations manager, has moved into the role of senior technical manager, thus enabling the company to better utilize the technical knowledge he has gained during his 26 years in the industry. In this new position, he will focus his knowledge and expertise on serving R.W. Martin’s customers more effectively with technical support. This will help ensure that the company achieves its mission.

In addition, Curtis Lanzer is joining R.W. Martin as a technical project manager. He will focus on plant design and layout for government contracting projects. Lanzer has served in the aerospace, oil and gas, green energy and manufacturing sectors. He has more than two decades of experience in account and project management, design and consulting, plus practical experience in electrical engineering. This background makes him an invaluable resource to R.W. Martin as the company continues its expansion and growth.
