Ecolab Earns Perfect Score on the Corporate Equality Index

Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, MN, recently received a perfect score of 100% on the 2020 Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. This is Ecolab’s eighth consecutive year, and 10th overall, with a perfect score on the Corporate Equality Index, according to a news release.

The 2020 Corporate Equality Index rated 1,059 businesses by evaluating their LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
