TRSA recently hosted its 14th Annual Legislative Conference & Industry Awards Dinner in Washington, DC. The conference was bookended by a Supplier Partner Workshop on the front end and Annual Hill Day meetings between industry executives and key congressional representatives to close the conference.
NOVO Health Services’ Miami facility took home the TRSA Plant of the Year honor during the April 10 Industry Awards Dinner at the 14th Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, DC. This honor was bestowed among 60 awards to member companies and individuals present at the event in 11 categories of awards.
Milliken & Co., Spartanburg, SC, again was named to the America’s Most Innovative Companies list, an annual honor published by Fortune and Statista Inc., which recognizes U.S. organizations at the forefront of innovation. This is Milliken’s second year receiving the award, and it is one of 200 companies included among the 2024 honorees, according to a news release.

Cintas Corp., Mason, OH, recently was named by Forbes magazine to the publication’s yearly list of “America’s Best Large Employers of 2024.”
UniFirst’s Owensboro, KY, distribution center is the Gold level honoree of the 2024 SafeTRSA Safety Excellence Award. The 400-team-partner staff, building on their history of state and federal recognition, has been hailed for moving forward with an “unwavering commitment” to continuous improvement. The 360,000-square-foot distribution and fulfillment space is one of the area’s largest employers.
Fifteen TRSA member operators have been honored with the association’s 2024 Fleet Graphics Award. The accolade acknowledges them for how their chosen images and text reflect their companies’ key attributes as linen, uniform and facility services providers. These qualities could include sustainability, hygiene, service timeliness, textile durability … whatever qualities of the organization the company seeks to portray.
Five TRSA member companies will receive 2024 TRSA Community Service Awards for significant contributions to their communities. These awards will honor those who’ve volunteered their time, actions, talents and dedication outside the workplace. TRSA will present these awards during an April 10 dinner at the 14th Annual TRSA Legislative Conference in Washington, DC.
Nominations for the 2024 iterations of the highest honors bestowed on our industry’s professionals are open. Separate TRSA Lifetime Achievement Awards distinguish linen, uniform and facility services member operators and supplier partners. Winners are selected on the strength of their TRSA leadership positions and accomplishments, significant contributions to the industry, and leadership and personal qualities.
