Mark Mann, 58, the vice president of MIP’s U.S. business unit, passed away on Jan. 14, according to a news release.

ImageFIRST, King of Prussia, PA, recently announced the acquisition of Textile Care Services (TCS) located in Salt Lake City. This acquisition marks ImageFIRST’s first facility in the state of Utah. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, according to a news release.
