Energenics Corp., Naples, FL, announced the promotion of Jose Val as its new vice president of engineering. With more than 12 years of experience in engineering controls and programming for Energenics, Val has long been an integral part of the company in his previous role as a UL controls vendor engineer.

In his new role, Val will lead controls projects, oversee technical services and enhance product quality, bringing his expertise in control systems design and programming to drive innovation and efficiency.
