Silent Auction to Debut at TRSA Annual Conference

TRSA is excited to announce the debut of a Silent Auction at the 2025 Annual Conference, taking place May 13–15 at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas near Palm Springs, CA.

This new event will raise funds to support the Textile Rental Education and Research Trust (TRERT) – TRSA’s charitable foundation that funds industry education, research and professional development. TRERT initiatives include helping fund nearly 30 industry internships and granting more than 10 scholarships for TRSA operator and supplier-partner member company employees and their children. The deadline to apply for a 2025 Merit-Based College/Technical Institution Scholarship or a TRSA Institutes Scholarship – both funded by TRERT – is May 31.

When & Where

The Silent Auction will take place on the final evening of the conference on Thursday, May 15, with bidding held from 4:45-5:45 p.m. during the cocktail reception. Auction items will be on display throughout the reception – get ready to mingle, browse and bid! The auction will officially close at 5:45 p.m., just before the evening’s dinner festivities.

How to Participate:

1. Donate an Item

We’re calling on TRSA members to contribute auction items to help make this event a success! All proceeds directly benefit TRERT and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Suggested items include:

• Gift cards and travel packages
• Exclusive experiences
• Tech gadgets
• Golf gear and sports memorabilia
• Unique services or one-of-a-kind items

2. Place a Bid

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of exciting items. Every winning bid supports the advancement of educational initiatives and research designed to drive the industry forward.
