TRSA recently announced a new panel for its West Coast Regional Production Summit & Plant Tours scheduled to take place on Jan. 24-25, 2024, at The Palms Casino Hotel & Resort in Las Vegas. The General and Production Manager Panel will close out the first day of the summit.
Panelists include Lou Wiener, vice president of operations, PureStar Group, Las Vegas; Doug Jensen, plant manager, Nevada Linen/ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists; and Barrett Gamble, general manager, Alsco Uniforms. The panel will be facilitated by industry veteran Keith Ware, who currently serves as a consultant to the linen, uniform and facility services industry.
During the panel, attendees will hear from these industry leaders about how they manage production and communicate with staff; their roles in shaping their companies’ vision and direction; and their personal approaches to achieving short-term and long-term goals. Additionally, panelists will describe their role in directing, leading and otherwise supporting production.
